Used Saddles
Saddles in good shape but with a little experience.
Clearance saddles are typically overstocks, discontinued models, scratch and dents, used, etc. At Kate's we do our very best to honestly tell our customers why particular saddles are on clearance. We cannot take pictures of all saddles to show whatever issue made it a clearance saddle. Please know that we would never put a saddle on clearance if there is a structural problem or something making the saddle unsafe. Full warranties apply to clearance the same as they would to saddles at full price.
Allclearance saddles can be returned but, only for exchange or store credit. There are no refunds on clearance items.
Know that at Kate's we fully understand the risk of ordering over the web. This is why we strongly recommend wither tracings, rider height, weight, pant size for women or waist measurement for men, etc. The more information we can get from you the better job we can do of meeting your needs. We can't guarantee that we will always meet your needs but, we think that given enough information we can meet your needs over 90% of the time. All we ask is that you give us the chance to prove that our customer service is worthy of being called the best there is.
