KATES believes so much in the superiority of our RideAbout line of saddles that we invite customers to test ride before making the commitment to a purchase. Simply call us at 899-9HORSE9 to set up a test ride.
Here is how it works. Purchase the saddle at full price and pay for shipping both to and from. Kates will include a return label and the packaging. You have 14 days to use the saddle and return it for a refund less the shipping. If you choose to purchase the saddle any discounts, promos, etc. will be refunded at that time.
All you have to do is provide us with a wither tracing prior to shipping. This will help confirm that the saddle should work for you prior to sending it out. Once you have completed your test ride, simply clean the saddle, package it back up well taped, put the label on and take it to any UPS shipping depot.
With this test ride program one can experience the wonderful ride of a RideAbout saddle while checking fitment to both the rider and the horse. We strongly encourage riders to take pictures of themselves in the test ride saddle/s and of the saddle/s on thier horse. These pictures make great references for our saddle experts should it not fit correctly or if you decide to choose another saddle. See above photos for examples of great referance photos.
Be aware that because this is a test ride program, you may recieve a saddle with some wear on it.
One sticky little note: If you do not use the return label within 14 days of rcvg the saddle we must assume that you are going to keep the saddle and no refunds will be allowed.
