Warranty

Tack WARRANTIES

Unless otherwise specified, Kate's fully warranties all tack for two years from date of invoice. This warranty is limited to damage incurred under normal riding conditions. This warranty does not cover any other item or part of the saddle. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. NOTE" Girths are not included in this warranty.

TREE WARRANTIES

Unless otherwise specified, Kate's fully warranties all saddle tree against breakage for 10 years from the date of invoice. The warranty is limited to repairing the saddle tree if broken under normal riding conditions during the term of the warranty to the original purchaser. The tree warranty does not cover any item or part of the saddle other than the saddle tree itself. The saddle tree is the most integral part of the saddle, it is the frame upon which the saddle itself is built. All shipping charges incurred under this warranty are the responsibility of the purchaser.

FITTINGS WARRANTIES

Unless otherwise specified Kate's warranties saddle fittings for two years from the date of invoice. The fittings warranty is limited to replacement of the broken item only if broken under normal riding conditions. The broken fitting will be replaced with a comparable model. All shipping charges incurred under this warranty are the responsibility of the purchaser. NOTE: Girths are not included in this warranty.

One More Note on Warranties

The company does not warrant any product that has been the subject of misuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized repair, or alteration that, in the judgment of the company, affects the product's integrity or safety.

The warranties above shall be the sole and exclusive warranties. There shall be NO other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any obligation on the part of the company.

The expressed warranties are limited to the repair or replacement of any parts found to be defective. The company shall have no liability for any incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect or consequential damages. Riding can be a hazardous sport. Always ride safely!
