Prices & Specifications

All prices are FOB Elizabeth, Colorado. Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Goods will be invoiced at the prices prevailing on the date of shipment. Please call prior to ordering to confirm the listed prices and availability of goods.

International Orders

Canadian & International orders: Kates quotes international shipping on an order by order basis. Shipping prices quoted in our shopping basket are for the continental US Only. E-mail us and we will quote you an estimated international shipping cost.

Payment options

Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card).

Personal Checks, money orders nd cashiers checks: We do accept these methods of payment.  Once we receive any of these forms of payment, please allow an additional (2) weeks for clearance.

COD: We are sorry but we no longer use COD. 

Payment via wire transfer:(Bank to Bank) add $20 to your purchase total to help cover Bank fees.


CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE

Absolutely no refunds on clearance merchandise. Clearance items may be returned for exchange or in-house credit using the 21-Day Money Back Guarantee and Exchange Policy guidelines.

Clearance items may be discontinued models, cancelled orders or over-stocks. They may also have slight blemishes or have arrived from our factories with scratches & dents. Don't worry, all items are fully warranteed. These are only minor cosmetic blemishes and in no way affect their safety or function. Because Clearance merchandise is marked down below Kate's already low prices, there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. All sales are final, no exceptions.


EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICIES

Receiving Your Order

When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:

Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Kate's Saddle Supply within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.

Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc., until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment.

Keep your Invoice with your important records.

Returns

RETURNS OF ANY KIND MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY RECEIVING.

Please call (303) 841-6770 in order to obtain this number. Each return will have its own specific authorization. All returns must be shipped pre-paid and unused. Any use of the item will subject it to scratch and dent discounts, cleaning fees, etc. The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the return container near the address label so that it can be clearly seen by Receiving. Returns must arrive within 14 days of issuance of the authorization or they will not be accepted. Return authorization numbers will only be issued if requested prior to 21 days from original shipping date.

The return shipping address is Kate's Saddle Supply, Attn: Returns Department, 101 County Road 146, Elizabeth, CO, 80107. If the goods have been altered or modified in any way, this will immediately terminate any exchange or refund provision offered above.

No Returns will be accepted without an RMA number

Free Shipping:  From time to time we will run free shipping promotions.  These promo's may be based on total order cost and/or they may be for individual items.  These promo's will allow free shipping for the Shipping/Handling/Packaging charges shown on our shipping description page.  We cannot however give free shipping for the oversized box charge on items such as saddles.  Also, be aware, free shipping costs will be deducted from the credit for any returns.

21-Day Money Back Guarantee

After 21 days, returns will be accepted only for exchanges or in-house credit; no refunds. (Holiday orders may be exempted from the 21 day policy if customer makes Kate's aware of the need prior to shipping)


PRIVACY POLICY

Kate's Saddle Supply values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests, and promotions. Kate's Saddle Supply recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties.

If our information practices change in the future, we will let you know by posting the policy changes on our Web site or by communicating directly with you. We will notify you of any such change before we use your information in a manner not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. You will have the opportunity at that time to opt out of any new use of your information.

Our Security Safeguard

We do our best to provide a safe and convenient online shopping experience. That means we safeguard the integrity of our customers' credit card information. If your credit card or debit card ("credit card") is used in an unauthorized manner on our site (as determined by your credit card company), we will cover whatever amount your credit card company doesn't ? up to $50.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank or credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on a credit card. Your liability for unauthorized use of a debit card may be higher, but most debit card issuers voluntarily apply the $50 limit to their cards, as well. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50, kates.net will cover the liability imposed on you, up to $50. Kates.net will cover this amount only if the unauthorized use of your credit card occurred at kates.net and through no fault of your own.

Remember: If unauthorized use of your credit or debit card does occur, you must notify your card provider, in accordance with the agreement you have with the company.

How do I know my credit card information is secure?

To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. To double-check for security, look at the URL or Location line of your browser. If you have accessed a secure server, the site will now be accessed through a common security certificate we share through our current host.

Some browser versions and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers like the ones we use to process orders at kates.net. ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES SHALL IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND TERMINATE AS TO ANY PRODUCTS OR PARTS THEROF WHICH ARE ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY.

THE WARRANTIES REFERRED TO ABOVE SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES. THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY.
